Renkes’ testimony labeled unconvincing and questionable.

Even the local private attorney hired by Alaska Attorney General Gregg D. Renkes’ cohort, Alaska Governor Frank Murkowski, to investigate Renkes admits he was not convinced with an important part of Renkes’ testimony. The Governor has no interest whatsoever in having Renkes’ removed. In defending Renkes, the Governor is helping himself. Now even the Governor’s paid-for agent is backing away from Renkes’ story.
